Virtual Lessons
Offered all year round
ANYWHERE!
Whether it is getting recruited, improving in club, or simply a love for the sport, virtual lessons are a great way to hone your craft.
How It Works:
Starting with an initial consultation call to get a feel for your skill level and atheltic goals, together we create a plan to success.
Virtual lessons include personalized exercises, workouts, and drills to complete throughout the lesson package.
Once you get a hang of a drill, you film yourself or your kid performing the drill.
We hop on a 30 min call per lesson where we breakdown and disect what you have been working on and what are the biggest areas of opportunity for growth moving forward.
Lesson content is planned based on improvement and athletic goals.
